Nice job Phoenix!  Next!

PS I'm sitting here thinking, I know I've seen that before but can't remember where. My wife walks in, takes one look and "Hey, that's *****"

I didn't know where it was either and I'd been there before! My wife remembered though.

Let's see if Phoenix wants to give a hint, hate to butt in on his location choice but if we don't hear from him soon, I'll put something out there.

It's really hard without some name or location to go off of, especially if you're like me. I can picture locations, buildings and sites that I've seen but I am horrible at remembering where they are. I'm the same way with directions, I can go somewhere 10 times and still not be able to give directions to it.

I'll post another picture later.  It is off an old alignment of Route 66, and keep in mind, of course, that I was on my way back from Watonga.  :)

I may have to head out there today if I get time. Surely more than us three are following this thread!

I found it  sort of!!! Clap   Only 1.5 miles down that road is the visitor center in Fort Reno, (that your picture was of)  The sign says that it is closed due to deer hunting. Censored Let me know if this counts as a tag.  Wacko

Thought=  lots of trouble finding yours.  You  would be surpized how many people in El Reno have no idea where the Fort Reno visitors center is.  Everytime we asked someone where the Fort Reno visitors center is we got sent off in a different direction.  We finally stopped at the Police station, and they gave us directions. After about 30 miles of near town searching, we get there to find the gate locked.
We got picture and then headed home to late in time to stay warm.( WE FROZE all the way home)  A 3 hour trip turned into a 6 hrs quest.
Anyway,  today we took off and got this picture.   Good luck
